We had a company no show on a Friday afternoon. Lindenwood to the rescue. Our moving help customer service representative was unable to reach our original company on Friday afternoon. She then started contacting other companies to see if we could get someone for Saturday morning as it was too late to pick up the box for Friday night. Lindenwood said Yes! They came from Chicago to St Joe Michigan! Got us loaded , took the U box to storage and we were on our way. Thanks Lindenwood!

Lindenwood was an outstanding team and did a phenomenal job despite the circumstances. They remained professional even when U-Haul completely failed to meet their obligations. The movers arrived at the Romeoville site ready to work. I had three U-Boxes that needed to be delivered, and I scheduled the delivery with U-Haul several weeks in advance. U-Haul assured me that all three Uoxes would be delivered and unloaded on my move-in date. However, for some unknown reason, U-Haul sent one U-Box to Romeoville and the other two to Chicago. Additionally, they did not reserve a truck capable of transporting all three U-Boxes in one trip. As a result, the movers had to make three separate trips between Romeoville, Chicago, and New Lenox to get everything to us. We started working at 10 AM, and the job should have taken only an hour or two at most. Instead, we didn't finish until 10 PM. This was a complete waste of time for us and for the movers. Lindenwood 10-stars, U-Haul 0-stars!

Movers were great. There was a lot of delay in picking up the boxes - scheduled for 2pm but ended up coming only at 6pm.a lot of this was on U-Haul side But it wasn’t an issue since the movers did a great job and were very friendly. Definitely would recommend.
