They were so quick unloading all our furniture and putting them exactly where we asked them too. They even brought tools to facilitate unloading. Highly highly recommend! Very happy with the service.

this was my 4th time using U-Haul MovingHelp and the worst one yet. I chose Movers Express due to positive reviews and slightly lower pricing. However, it was far from satisfactory. I hired three people, but only two showed up, 40 minutes late, waiting 30 minutes for the missing person. I rented a 26ft truck for my 1-bdr apartment, but after an hour, they claimed it was full, leaving items in my apartment. I couldn't believe it. They either lacked knowledge or were uncooperative in loading efficiently. When I tried stacking items myself, they ignored me, focusing on their phones. They took 4hrs & 35mins to finish, 35 mins over the 4-hour plan, with only one 40-min trip due to their slowness. When I suggested another trip, they declined, booked elsewhere, and charged me an extra hour. They argued that two people working 4hrs & 35mins equaled three working for 4 hrs, which made no sense. Summary - Late arrival, inefficient loading, and questionable billing left a disappointment...

The two guys that came to assist my client with moving his belongings into storage were great. We ran into a few issues with the building management at the Wyndham but they kept their cool the entire time and worked efficiently to complete the job. We really appreciate their help and plan on using their services again soon.
