Ryan of Quaernas Quality Moving provided excellent communication from the beginning to the end! Unfortunately, many items of furniture were damaged due to the 26 ft. truck not being packed properly for a trek across country. As our items were unloaded we saw that many of the pieces of furniture were not wrapped with the U Haul blankets that were provided nor with may of our own rugs and quilts. I even asked to please wrap all large pieces with these blankets and other wraps. Needless to say, we had damage to many of our items. WARNING - the Safe load coverage (Insurance) that I purchased does NOT cover this.

Ryan and Jordan completed our move in the time we were hoping despite a less than ideal apartment building layout. We only used them for unloading as we were moving my mom to a new city. They were in communication with us all morning to keep informed of both their and our ETA to the new apartment.
