Painless. Reservation followed immediately by lightweight logistical coordination. Mr. Cook worked the job personally and brought a 3rd helper. They didn't force a piling of furniture in the truck, but rather we agreed on a second trip. No damage to report. At the end of our booked time the team also agreed to move boxes from the garage moved previously to their respective places within the house without complaint. We would use them again.
