Everything went very well overall, it was a snow storm and a difficult move with the weather conditions but a few items were broken. There was one gentlemen from the group (not Jacob or James) I was a bit upset about because he was dropping clothes on the wet snow floor trying to go too fast and carry too much at once. I get again the weather was shitty so it didn’t help. But three things broke in the process and I believe this person was carrying it. Thankfully the one plastic bin that broke, the glass inside didn’t break but an air fryer and a cooking glass dish also broke.

Jacob and Dante were wonderful. I had thought I booked movers a week prior but couldn’t find any record of it. Sent a request out one day in advance and got a call right away and Jacob worked me into the schedule with a few questions for details. They handled a load and unload from a 3rd floor apartment to a 1st floor home in 3 hours and I didn’t know what to do with the rest of my day! So happy to have picked R&J
