The movers were fantastic- super helpful and kind. They worked very quickly. My only issue is there was a major delay with their arrival and we were not kept informed with updates leading to a lot of waiting and additional charges for the truck.

Both of the gentlemen that helped us move today were very friendly and professional. Our U-haul that we had rented even got stuck while driving into the storage unit complex and they both got out of their car to help us. Moving the items out of our storage unit and into our new home was very fast and easy with the help of Moovers and Shakers. The only reason I did not give 5 stars on everything was because our move help was rescheduled at the last minute. I’m sure it wasn’t their fault; a little more noticed would have been appreciated but things happen. We are still very happy with the service we received; I would feel comfortable booking them again.

Second review, because i hired them to move us out of one place and into another in the same day. As i said, these two were really great, quick, and treated our stuff with great care - during a snowstorm in wind chills below zero. When they were done unloading, they offered to shift anything around inside the apartment. I tipped them via Apple Pay.
