I tipped out of pocket $150 - there was an emphasis on a tip. They brought 4 guys instead of 3, which I appreciated; however, I received a call from the U Haul and they said garbage and some items were left - which I learned was a part of my bed. I was informed I could be charged a cleaning fee and fee for disposing of the times, if I didn’t pick them up within 24 hours. I left for Michigan - and I’m not even local to the storage. Also, 2 items couldn’t fit - so I had to throw them away. They dropped a couple of items. It’s really unfortunate because on the surface, it seems like they went above and beyond, but unfortunately, this has been disappointing. I reached out via text to the movers with no response.

Movers communicated arrival time and were on time. They worked quickly I hired 3 movers only two showed so my brother myself and daughters helped unload which we didn’t mind. The movers were out of Chicago which was a far ride for them not local there prices were low and the job got done efficiently

they were definitely slow rolling us. originally paid for two hours. Could’ve gotten it done in that time but because we had two flights of stairs with 12 steps each and a studio apartment move from a storage unit we were charged an extra $150. Right about our one and a half they Started only carrying one single item at a time even though we provided the necessary equipment to move more.
