Crew was a little slower than I would have liked, but otherwise did a good job. Crew did have to use an elevator which was also used by the residents of the complex.

We had a few issues during the move. The men who moved us used our own boxes to prop doors open in our building. Halfway through they move they switched elevators they were using, so we moved the boxes used as door props out of the way so they would not get stolen. One of our boxes that contained items that have been passed down from family members did not make it. Even with us moving items ourselves for over an hour, it took them an hour longer than the suggested time for a two bedroom apartment. If their pace or sense of urgency had been better we would've had no problem with the extra charge. There was also no communication about the extra charge until the 3 hours was already up. This information should be shared prior to picking a time. Our newly painted dressers were also scuffed up. Really not one to complain but there were too many issues to not.

The team was very good at communicating even while issues came up from my side with the moving truck. They hustled and were quick. The highest praise came from the people we hired to unpack, stating that the team at Johnson's did a great job with packing the 26foot Penske and made their job easier. Would definitely use them again.

Our movers were extremely hard working and did a wonderful job helping us out, especially with making two load-in spots. Scheduling was also very easy and communicative. It made our entire moving experience easier and more optimistic than if we went at it alone. Would recommend and use this company (and movers) again.

Hired for an unload of a uhaul at my new apartment. They were super helpful, flexible, easy to work with, extremely fast, and friendly and positive the whole time. I appreciated that they let me take care of other things while I moved- resourceful and self sufficient. They also took care to make sure everything went where I wanted it to go. James and Brett were so helpful for my move. I had a lease gap of 24 hours so had them help me load and unload my uhaul. They packed it so well, so efficiently, and I was able to focus on cleaning my unit as they worked. They were both very friendly and had positive enthusiasm the whole time. They were also incredibly fast- even with three flights of stairs to move my whole apartment down! So grateful and they eased my anxiety about the day so much. Would hire again in a HEARTBEAT!
