Two men were respectful. They broke our loveseat during the move, and several things were either broken or scratched up during the move. One of them was learning how to use the straps which took a lot of time.The piece that was broken cannot simply be repurchased or repaired. It was the metal connection that holds the back and bottom of the loveseat together. Our loveseat can no longer be held together. They used our moving straps, plastic wrap, moving blankets, and even took out our personal blankets to use around furniture.When we unloaded the truck, we discovered additional damaged items. The side of a wooden dresser was scraped off. The door of a cabinet was ripped off, dented, and paint scraped off. These damages were beyond what could have occurred during transit and were clearly caused as they moved the furniture into the truck. One of the movers was a new employee as he was actively being taught how to use moving straps for the furniture, slowing down the process.
