All 3 of the guys that showed up were professional and efficient. They took great care of our items and were careful not to damage any walls in the home. I would recommend them to anyone. The office communicated the proper amount before, and the day of the move. These guys are fantastic!

2 pm appointment turned into 6pm...was promised an extra guy didn't show ...2 young guys had know clue what they were doing ! No tools ..came from a job totally exhausted...dropped stuff wouldn't use the 3 dollies I had ...they were in such a hurry to load the truck they DIDN'T USE ALL THE MOVING PADS ...Wouldn't listen to advice and then we have all kinds of damage to washer and dryer..a head board was loaded and strapped next to tool boxes that ripped the headboard..took cabinet stands and flipped them upside down stuff inside was damage hundreds of dollars in make up and medical supplies had to be thrown away..It was A COMPLETE SHIT SHOW ! And now I was promised a credit for being 4 hrs late and I haven't received the credit and nowi had to turn it into Repwest Insurance I purchased...NIGHTMARE! DONT USE THEM IN BELOIT WISCONSIN

AAA Moving was fantastic! Such a huge help moving our son out of his apartment in Chicago. The two movers, Daniel and Brandon, were extremely helpful, courteous, and efficient. They arrived 10 minutes early, ready to go and finished the move 30 minutes early. The company was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend them.

The movers were great! They were on time, friendly, worked hard and continuously until they were done. They did a great job loading the truck and efficiently planned the space. They finished earlier than the time we booked and offered to do more for us since we had paid. I would hire them again in a minute!

Prior to arrival, I was assured that they would be bringing materials to protect my appliances. They arrived poorly equipped. Luckily, I had a few blankets, cellophane, and straps of my own to help but I imagine not everyone just routinely has these around when not expecting to need them. The movers actually left some personal property behind, so I went ahead and called them directly when I was ready to complete the next phase of my move - while that is outside the scope for the matter being reviewed here (since it was arranged outside of this site), I will say that I have some regrets and the second time around they'd still left their personal belongings behind. This time, I won't be scheduling again.

Danny & Nick did a super job unloading UBox. They arrived on time, were speedy & efficient, & professional in demeanor. I tipped each of them $50 upon completion of unloading, they were worth even more.
