Tough crews

I would give zero stars if possible. I booked the movers about a month before, and no one ever confirmed with me. I ended up getting ahold of someone a week before and they confirmed the move, as well as the day before. I booked two movers at 11am moving time. It was 15minutes after 11 and no one was there I called the number I had been texting (the boss) and he forwarded me straight to voicemail, so I sent a text and he told me his crew ran into traffic and would be there in 8 minutes, 15 more minutes go by and no one is there. I try calling again and he kept forwarding me to voicemail. I texted about 4 times and never answered me, about 45minutes after scheduled time one person pulls up and told me that the other person is not coming to help and his boss was suppose to let me know that, but that was not communicated to me. We were already 45 minutes behind schedule and had carpet cleaners coming at 12. They are lucky my Husband was there to help. BEWARE!

Both guys did a great job unloading the truck, bringing things up to the apartment, and moving around furniture and things I already had in the apartment. They even folded the furniture pads I rented and stacked them nicely inside of the truck.

There was an issue with the arrival time of the moving crew due to a crew not showing up. But once they showed up they did a great job. Worked efficiently and cared for my belongings. They also helped me unwrap my furniture and other items which helped me with returning the truck in a timely manner
