They were very nice. Communication was good especially when I had to change the move date. However, it took more time to finish unloading 1 trailer than it did to load all of our 1.5 trailers. Even with the additional time lots of boxes which were labeled for the appropriate room were found stacked in the corner of the garage and inaccessible because of all the other boxes. They did a good job not damaging the walls and furniture but I feel it took more time than it should have.

Unfortunately after extending the work an additional hour, movers did not complete unloading our belongings. At the time we agreed to extend the time I was told that with an extra hour added the 2 hours would be enough to complete job. Both movers were polite.
