I had an 845 am appt for a reason. I needed help unloading the uHaul. At 9 I started to reach out and after multiple attempt finally got a text that there was a delay but the crew was on the way. Multiple followups before the crew arrived an hour and a half late. And a thunderstorm popped up right before they arrived so instead of doing this on a sunny morning it was wet. The guys were good - just cost me an hour an a half of my work time and lots of stress.
