Items were damaged during move out in the home. As well as in the ubox during transit. I believe the in transit damage could have been minimized with additional blankets being used. There were unused blankets in the box.

Josh was very professional and friendly. He communicated through out the process from the time I first scheduled to the end of my unloading. They did a wonderful job and I never felt uncomfortable about them or their job unlike my loaders in another state. I very highly recommend Presidential Elite for any moving jobs.

We had several damaged items during the move due to unproper loading. The owner of the company refused to do anything about it. He said it wasn’t his responsibility for any damage that occurred due to loading improperly.
