G&D really knew what they were doing. Had we packed the truck ourselves, I don’t think we would have fit everything in the 26’ truck. Props to the team for hard work and for caring about us!

They were careful, but were not efficient with their time, loading and distribution of work. Took longer than it should have. Had to pay for more time. In addition I told them I had a couple of very heavy pieces and stairs. They showed up with two women and a guy. They struggled with the heavy pieces. The heaviest I didn’t let them do. Solid wood Thomasville piece. They had trouble getting it over a lip in the garage with it on dollies. Now I’m paying someone else for two hours to move one piece of furniture. Recommend confirming who they plan to send if you have anything heavy.

Movers communicated well, but throughout the loading process rooms were missed and they weren't able to load the entire truck. At the end of their time being up, my 300 gallon fish tank was dropped and had to be thrown away. I'm waiting to hear back from my open dispute on this matter. Was submitted last week but haven't received an update. After they left we realized there were 2 moves full of boxes that hadn't been touched, both were down stairs. We ended up hiring 2 more movers the next day to assist us with the job.
