Top Flight was great! They were very communicative prior to the moving day and we're wonderful about working with me on scheduling and moving issues. The movers arrived on time, were extremely efficient and professional. I highly recommend Top Flight Precision - I will be using them again for any moving needs!

I used this company to unload only. I misjudged the amount of time it would take them (my fault). Unfortunately, the first two men couldn't stay lounger than two hours to finish. Dominic sent a second crew out to finish the job, thank you. They were good men. The only thing is, I thought I could save a few extras dollars but sending the second crew home after 1.5hrs of work. When I asked Dominic for the 1.5hr charge, I was told they would have to charge me for 2hrs. I could have used the extra half hour of work if I new that I was paying for it.

I was only communicated with via text, no calls to confirm appointment or advise that they would be late. Received a text advising they would be late then another text advising they were delayed even more. In the end they were 3 hours late. The men that showed up were boys and dropped my dresser, scratched up my desk and were just all together unprofessional. Between 3 hired movers they all stayed in or near the truck and only moved what they had to inside the house. In the end I would NEVER use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. Only gave q star simply because I had to.
