Shake-Down! When I gave them the details of unloading the moving trailer, they told me it would take 3 people because of the distance between the trailer and the storage unit. I explained we had already unloaded the boxes, and only the furniture needed to be moved. They insisted there was no way they could do the job in 2 hours without the third person and made it clear this was non-negotiable. I should have passed on using them. The job was completed in 1 hour and 15 minutes. He said there were no refunds and STILL made me pay for the 3rd guy. I feel cheated.
