I think moving and unloading Uboxes is a little outside their wheelhouse, I had four boxes and they had to transport them one at a time from the storage facility 30 miles away to my house, they were supposed to start at 10am and didn't show up until 230PM, so in order to get my Uboxes delivered in a timely manner I had to unload them while they traveled back and forth from the storage facility and we still didn't finish on the day we were supposed to, they were busy so I had to wait 3 days before I could get my last ubox. which I once again had to offload. So basically I paid them to transport boxes, even though they were paid to unload them also. Like I said not their forte.
