They were so great and communicative. The January snowstorm of 2024 shut down the city and caused me to change my travel and moving plans on the fly, and Integrity's Reliable Moving Co were so flexible and accommodating. This anxious mover appreciated them answering every one of my multiple phone calls. They even took on dealing with UHaul regarding my date change which was a huge relief. They refuse to give me my refund. was charged for moving services for 2 uboxes, was only able to utilize 1 ubox and they refuse to give me refund. always avoided my calls. a lot of excuses. promised to settle but did not follow thru.

I had the worst experience with these guys last night 12-12-2023. I had a XBOX from Dallas which supposed to be delivered on 12-13-2023 and they reached out they could help deliver on 12-12 which initially scheduled by UHAUL and pushed back to 12-13. I was excited because already been exhausted with moving situations. The lock to the UBOX was missing ( my fault ) but it was locked and had insurance from Dallas by my girlfriend while I was also on FaceTime. I told these moving help guys Integrity that I couldn’t find the keys to unlock the UBOX once they arrive my location but unfortunately I shouldn’t have done that. They already cut the UBOX open before getting to my address and almost all my items are gone!!!! Bad reputation for your business!!! I see why you guys was soooo in a hurry to leave and do the job at nights!!! DONOT HIRE THESE GUYS!!! I’ve reported these situations as-well!! RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

While the two gentlemen that were sent up here were awesome . I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs help. This time using uhaul was absolutely horrible.
