He was great and very professional! He discovered the horrible job the loaders had done when the packed the truck. He also discovered many of my items damaged due to the negligence of the loaders.

Both guys were very nice and respectful. After an unforeseen hospital stay they were more than accommodating in rescheduling. They handled all my belongings with care and were very efficient. The communication regarding the move was also top notch I highly recommend!

Really, words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for the help DLM In&Out gave me during my VERY stressful move. Demetrius was excellent at keeping in touch with me throughout the entire process. He contacted me within five minutes of putting my help request in, checked in several days ahead of my move and the day before and day of my move. It was very reassuring to have that communication. Even with a major unforeseen last minute change, he reassured me that it was not a problem and that he would take care of it. A man of his word, he stuck with me and went above and beyond to get the job done. He is by far one of the most hardworking, kind, respectful, and professional young men I have ever met. DLM In&Out will be my first call if I have to move again and the first ones I will recommend to anyone who needs the best moving help around. OUTSTANDING!!!
