They didn’t know what they were doing. They didn’t know to turn off water on refrigerator. Unhooked in then let water spray and had to tell them to turn off the water and that it was right there behind fridge. Was told they would bring an appliance dolly. They brought a regular one w a flat and it took all three of us to get fridge in. They messed up my door trying to squeeze refrigerator through. I had to tell them and told them to stop I’d take off door. They smelled like weed. From the beginning I said focus on three things and whatever time was left do the rest. Well time was up and they didn’t have refrigerator still so I was forced to pay an extra hour.
