The dispatcher got the date wrong despite texting back and forth. Movers didn't show until the 16th. Puts us a day behind for a 14 hour drive.

Very professional and helpful with taking apart my mattress frame. They were able to take my big furniture (1 bed 1 bath apartment) and load it into the truck within an hour. They took even less time unloading the truck at the house. Overall, they were fast and quick professionals.
