The movers did damage to some of my furniture.while loading it in the moving truck & they also did some damage to the storage unit while storing my furniture. This company isn't professional by no means .

Excellent timely service, Big Dog Moving's courtesy and professionalism is unparalleled, and the team exhibited superior teamwork, too. What's more, the entire loading activities were done while it was raining , yet NOTHING got wet or broken. Amazing. Would rather Big Dog Movers six stars out of five if it were mathematically possible. Bottom line - if you need a strong mover with careful and gentle hands, and you want to deal with someone who has above average intelligence, you want Big Dog.
