I wished I had found this company when our oldest daughter moved to VA. Dan, the owner, was very thorough with his communications. He has awesome communication skills (you should teach a class, Dan). Nick and his partners went above and beyond what we had expected. They expressed genuine concern about not scratching or damaging our furniture. They were meticulous in handling all of the boxes and totes and not just the ones labeled ‘’fragile’. Nick and his partners were kind, friendly and very professional. I paid for load AND unload and they didn't unload. I paid for 2 men for 2 hours, which is 4 hours of labor and they took their good old sweet time loading the truck. So my 2 hours was up before my 500 sq ft apartment was even loaded. I don't even have any bedroom furniture. I have 2 small deep freezers, 2 recliners, and a crib. All the rest was boxes. I even rented a extra dolly, so they would have 2 that way they could work faster. The movers said that my 2 hours was for load only, even though my order shows load and unload. They said I would have to pay for another 2 hours to have them unload. I didnt have it. So, my daughter and son-in-law had to drive 5.5 hrs from Texas so they could help me finish moving. My truck was due back at 8pm, but they didn't even make it in until 3am and then had to unload the truck, go back and load the rest of the stuff, and unload it at the new apartment. The truck didn't get returned until 7am. Will NEVER do business with them again.
