The crew who helped us were efficient, polite, and went above and beyond to help us with our move. The brought and unloaded extra boxes to our temporary residence at no charge and did so expeditiously. I can't recommend them enough.

I was very specific about covering all of the furniture with the furniture pads I rented from uhaul. Imagine my surprise when opening the uhaul to find they had thrown a few over a few pieces but didn’t wrap the bed headboards nor the buffet. So I have a broken wooden headboard and a very scratched buffet. I will never use this company again. They were haphazard with my things even after explaining the importance of some of the items. In addition I found over a dozen pads still in their bags. Unprofessional at best
