DO NOT HIRE Scam artists, not a real business, no license to operate, no EIN, no office location (fake address given, go check it out yourself, google maps street view their alleged location. I was told, after already paying for 2 helpers for 2 hours, I would that a third hour was required by policy (they won’t provide any documentation regarding policy). After stopping for the day the worker and i scheduled an appointment a few days later at which point i had to send a deposit vis zelle. It didn’t occur to me at the time but after about 90 minutes it clicked. I contacted the worker asking for my deposit back , i was told it was non refundable, citing policy which, again, was not available in documents form (i had specifically requested it). Then refund was offered in partial and they attempted to time out the claim request for refund by telling me not to respond within the window of opportunity. In short, with Apex Movers, don’t. Just don’t.
