Cairo and his team were exceptional! Based on previous experiences with movers we anticipated needing help for the entire day. They had all of our furniture loaded securely and wrapped safely within 2 hours. They arrived promptly and unloaded everything carefully into our new home. Nothing was damaged and they were extremely careful. We would use them again.

This company was terrible. 7 pieces of my furniture were badly scratched and dented and all they could tell me was my house was cluttered. Is it any other way when you’re moving, and what does that have to do with a sofa leg going through the $265 windowpane of your door, or ripping the sofa, or a dent and heavy scratch on my dryer along the entire front?!?! My advice, scroll past Four Arms Moving Services if you value your personal belongings and be sure you purchase the Safeload insurance for the maximum of $5000.00 to cover your belongings. It only covers belongings, not my windowpane, screen door and property. My landlord asked that a licensed glass co fix the windowpane and never heard from Four Arms again even though I called three times. They’re not even going to pay for their damages!!! And they’re not responding to my calls. Do you want a company like this?
