These guys stood by and waited for us for 3 hours due to our move being delayed in Texas!! They unpacked us in the pitch dark and handled our belongings with such care. We would use them again!!

Overall, I WAS happy enough with the work Lyman and his team did for me. They didn’t do perfect work, didn’t wrap things all the way, didn’t pack the truck the best, and did not tie anything down. It was good enough for me long as nothing was broken. However, my 50 inch TV would not turn on after taking it out the box. I made a claim and gave details on the incident I think caused the problem. They did their best. They were working hard and did not take breaks, they cleaned up after themselves, helped me move items to the curb, tightened the legs on my dining room table, and had no problem disconnecting my washer and dryer. Though after the dishonesty with the safeload claim, I will not be using them again and will avoid. I do not recommend them to anyone with safeload protection unless you have cameras covering every area where movers will be working. Be sure to give yourself ‘peace of mind’ by doing this since having safeload will not. Want to explain more but have character limit.

These guys were so great!! They were extremely communicative throughout the entire process and so polite. They worked and unloaded my entire truck very quickly but remained efficient and careful. I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend hiring these kind guys!

5D did everything I asked taking care to use Movers Wrap and pads, which I supplied, great job loading everything and then some in the gaps of a 10’ U-Haul truck. Looking forward to using 5D for the loading of 3 U-Store boxes, in a month

They were very nice and well mannered, I do not recommend for moving though. The first half of the truck was loaded well but then everything seemed to be just tossed in. Straps were not used appropriately, stacking furniture with no straps, throwing bed frames on top with no protection and generally horrible loading. They did stay an extra 3 hours but wanted me to pay in cash rather than on the app. I need my receipts for moving so I paid on the app. I had scratched up furniture, smashed boxes, and broken items. They were very sweet though.
