Didn’t provide two people. Didn’t show up on time. Apart from the one worker who put in the shift of two people. I had to join in to do most of the moving myself. Unreliable service. Would not recommend. I booked this service well in advance and was still let down by the lack of professionalism.

Worst moving experience I’ve ever had. Our move was confirmed for 9 AM, but the crew didn’t arrive until 1130 AM. They caused multiple damages (broken couch underside, scratched dining table, broken bench) and the cord to our TV went missing. Mid-move, they made up a story about dog hair to avoid finishing the job. I have photos proving this was false. They left at 130 PM despite being paid for four hours and even left our TV on the sidewalk after driving it over in a personal car. The owner, Manny, admitted he’d had issues with that employee before and fired him after our move. He had to send a second crew at 630 PM, forcing us to extend our U-Haul rental and delaying our entire day. We weren’t fully moved in until 10 PM. Unprofessional, dishonest, and extremely stressful. I do not recommend this company. I have a very detailed review but not enough space to write it out on here.

Yuery and Ehab were great, they worked very hard and were careful with my stuff! Manny was also communicative about timing and whatnot. Would highly recommend!
