We had three movers over inexperienced kids trying to move stuff. They were moving fast but clearly not experienced enough in handling furniture and delicate items. They threw things in the truck as they lied and were not ready to listen to any feedback. The person leading the Movers Wearing headphones was extremely rude and kept yelling back at me without showing any willingness to hear how I wanted my stuff handled. As a result, they broke multiple items, including a full lamp which they threw horizontally on top of all the stuff, damaged and lampshade completely. Broke the leg of a dresser, claiming that it was already broken. On top of that, when I told them that stuff was alright when they kept it in and started yelling at me saying the job is over. You can finish it yourself. The other two kids were fine but the one leading them was a complete jackass and very rude. He should Be fired immediately

If I could give six stars I would. They were very respectful, careful, and mindful of my belongings. They also went above and beyond in many ways to include spending extra time helping when they didn’t need to and were only booked for 3 hours. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a high quality reliable moving service.
