While the moving helpers did assist us well, they unfortunately arrived late, as well as late to our second destination. We had to help with a lot of the moving, and they were not professional in their services. I feel like a lot of time was wasted. I do not feel I received my moneys worth. The truck was not packed properly and many items were scuffed, scratched, and ripped. While we appreciate their help moving heavy belongings, overall the experience was less than satisfactory. They were very nice people, it just was not a professional experience like we had expected.

I was moving from RI to MA they showed up to my MA address first and not my RI address and had to drive back to RI to pick up my furniture in the first place. Also not the best at communicating clearly
