Phenomenal! Yuno and Kevin did a wonderful job. Both were very pleasant people as well as the care taken into ensuring everything that I needed to move was not only packed, but packed with the utmost care. Kevin and Yuno both have wonderful communication as well and as the packing progressed, regularly checked in with me to make sure and confirm everything being packed too. Their packing technique into the ubox was outstanding as well leaving no space unused, really maximizing all the space. They are true professionals. Overall, Phenomenal packing into the ubox, very friendly and fast service too. Overall I will absolutely use their service again when given the chance and happily recommend their business to family and friends here in RI.

These guys saved me big time! My move fell through and I had to load a fully packed 20ft truck back into the house I moved everything from initially. This was during the heat wave on July 4th weekend and was over 100 degrees. I called multiple moving companies and Yunos Moving Service is the only one who actually answered my call and kept in touch with me every step of the way. I called the day of in the afternoon on Friday, July 3rd and was immediately set up with 3 movers. I called around 3pm and they were at my house at 5pm. All 3 men were polite, respectful and extremely careful with my belongings. They asked me which room and where I wanted each box and item. Also, when they finished, I was heading out to bring the uhaul back and had 15 minutes to spare before it was due and I lost my car&house keys. All 3 men stayed and helped me look for my keys and one of them ended up finding them. I will be calling Yunos again without a doubt the next time I move. Very professional!!

The service was phenomenal. Kevin was super responsive over text and calls, and kept me updated on U-Box pickup and arrival. Both movers handled everything smoothly and I was pretty impressed with how they organized everything into the U-Box. I was skeptical about my massive area rug fitting but they made it work. Service was quick, and they were so polite and friendly!! I will be recommending them to friends and family!! Thanks a million for making an otherwise stressful move very smooth.

After seeing all of the positive reviews, I was optimistic about the service I would receive from this company. While the workers were nice, I felt frustrated with their pacing and communication. We ended up needing to extend the move, because they said my stuff would not fit. However, the storage unit was the same size as the truck! So there is no reason that the items should not have fit the first time. I spent several 20-30 min chunks of time waiting for them to arrive at my home and the storage location, which were included in the final amount of time that I paid for. It seems likely that one of these breaks was to get food, which I totally would have understood if it was communicated. Instead, they left the truck unattended and disappeared, only to reappear 30 minutes after I arrived at the location without explanation. When I moved out those movers completed the job in a much more efficient and communicative way and were shocked at my experience with the previous company.
