The communication before the move-date is really helpful. We as customers do answer all the questions well and detailed. Also, I like about they texted me to confirm the time which i dont have to wait to hear back. The service is good, they shower up earlier, and finished the job earlier too. And they help me move the heavy box too. One good thing i appreciated was that they asked me where to put down each box, so it made the unpacking easier for me later. Overall, it was the first time i used this service, i think it went pretty smooth. Hope they can keep that way.
