The two movers that showed up were fantastic, they were efficient and finished what had been estimated as a three hour move in an hour. Unfortunately, they were 2 hours late and despite us having more things to move, we weren’t given the full 3 hour time slot we had paid for. After the first hour the movers were told they had to go to their next job, so we were charged triple for that single hour. Or paid for their two hours elsewhere, however you want to look at it.
