I was moving out of state and I was told the trailer that I had was big enough for all my stuff and it wasn’t. I showed the movers before they even started packing and said if it’s not big enough, I will go exchange it for a bigger one . The mover said no it was fine. We will be able to fit everything. I ended up having to pay a friend to bring down a whole truckload of stuff also packed my SUV full as well. I was really unhappy when I got to my new place there was dings and marks all over my bedroom set. One of the drawers was broken and I can’t get it back on the track. They covered up my couch with a blanket, but didn’t cover up dressers then put heavy totes on top, and I also threw away three pieces of furniture because they would not fit. And when I started unloading, realize there was a big hole because of how they put in the couch so more stuff could have fit. I also tipped them $40 cash each but definitely wouldn’t have. Nice guys but very careless of peoples belongings.

Moved a larger 1 bedroom from third floor to first floor house. Everything boxed up ready to move when movers arrived.this was stated before. They did not introduce themselves so I'm not even sure their names however, the main man had a horrible attitude regarding the move. Stating I didn't hire them for long enough and they won't be able to do the entire job in the 3 hours. The entire time he complained and talked about how he is leaving at exactly hour 3. My partner even helped them move everything. At one point we were told they had 15 minutes before needing to move everything to the other house so we needed to pick three more things for them to move I asked them to utilize their time to pack the U-Haul fully and then go to the other apartment. Everything was packed with about 1 hour remaining. They left 15 minutes before the ending of the 3 hour paid service.

When I first spoke with who I believe is the owner he advised two hours for the move and said adding a third wouldn’t be an issue if needed. On the day of, they arrived an hour early and immediately commented that it was more than a 2 hour job, acting like an extra hour was inconvenient despite our prior agreement. The owner carried an unprofessional attitude throughout, coming across as patronizing, while making friendly small talk with others in the elevator. The other mover was kind, so I tipped 20 each, but the owner didn’t thank us, he just asked about payment for the extra time (and it wasn’t even a full extra hour, more like 2 hrs 45 mins). The one positive was our belongings were moved without damage or scuffs. I wouldn’t hire them again
