I had the move booked for Saturday and notified them that I might be arriving on Friday instead. They were able to move the date and showed up around 8pm. They were very quick and organized. I live in a higher building with two elevators. One person was staging the items while the other two were making constant trips back and forth. Suprised that it only took them a little over an hour.

They were honestly fantastic. U-Haul didn’t have any of the supplies I needed the day of the move, but they came prepared. They managed to safely fit my entire life into my box truck like the ultimate game of Tetris. Very accommodating, professional, and fun! They honestly made what could have been a very complicated and frustrating day go so smoothly! Definitely recommend!

Stephen was ontime and nice. He basically guided and packed the uhaul truck and directed 2 other younger strong men who didnt exhaust out. Onenofnthem offeed to install my tv onto the wall. Truly comprehensiven lllm hoceej
