Multiple pieces of furniture were damaged. Kitchen chair crushed and other chairs scratched. Desk leg broken off. Bureau top dented and drawers scraped. Several other wood furniture scratched. All could have been avoided if they listened to my husband who said to strap or tie down items. He was told it was not necessary and he figured they are the professional movers who know better than him. Now I have to do the repair work or purchase new pieces. Next time I hire loaders or packers I will tip only after my items arrive undamaged within reason.
