Very responsive from day 1. I did not order enough crates but Birds Eye utilized every bit of space and gave me the time to sort through and find things I could save for another day. I have travelled all over the US through military moves. So far I have used the U-Haul connection and THIS Company was the Best Choice if you get the option. I am used to things going sideways. They did great and I would definitely call them again!

The team went above and beyond to make sure we had all the details of our local move figured out when we got confused. Their communication before and during the load was exceptional - the best we’ve ever worked with. They were careful and thorough and their tetris loading skills were equally fantastic. Termaine and Donyae, from Birds Eye Movers, provided the requested delivery and unload I needed. Termaine communicated along the way with updates and any changes that occurred. Pleasant, courteous and professional. It's unfortunate that we are not allowed to pay by the half hour and are required to pay for a minimum of 2 hours when workers finish way under that timeframe.

We literally chose the hottest 100 degree day to move. Even though there was a glitch in the uhaul system and the movers didn’t have us on their schedule, I called them and they sorted everything out and got my box to me and everything moved in in under an hour. The were fast, hard working and very efficient.

Our 2 guys packed 3 uboxes in 95 degrees! Not one complaint. Worked super hard and made use of every inch in the boxes. Kind, curious, respectful and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend these movers!
