David and his colleague were incredibly helpful and efficient during the move. UHaul accidentally sent in the wrong Ubox, and they waited while the correct one was delivered. They handled the boxes with care and the unload was done quickly and efficiently once the correct UBox arrived.

David is the best! My phone was dead all morning the day of delivery and even though I wasn’t able to answer any of KB Operation’s phone calls, he still came through! The delivery was on time and so was pick up. David answered all of my questions, was polite, professional, timely and SUPER helpful. 10 out of 10 service.
