Started work at 4.15pm after an agreed upon time of arrival and start time of 3.00pm. I had requested 4 movers, only two showed up. Dropped my Christmas tree box with irreplaceable ornaments and just threw everything back in and didnt mention anything. Dropped my Xbox on the ground and didnt even say anything. Scratched the building elevator during moving. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Despite the higher price per hour they charge, its not for quality.
