I expected the move to take a while because of the weather. However the helpers were moving quite quickly, despite the rain. At one point they began mentioning they were almost at the 2 hr mark. After some discussion I found they were under the impression it was a 2 hr job and not the 5 hr job I had booked. After that the helpers moved much slower. At the end of the 5 hrs, the remaining heavy items were on the truck. I would have been willing to pay for additional time so it could be unloaded, but they were not open to that option. Fortunately I had friends at the new house that could help because there was no way possible for me to lift a power lift chair. Since things started so quickly, I thought I would have had time on my truck rental to move some other items to storage, but once things slowed that was not the case. Overall the experience left me frustrated and disappointed.
