Had an attitude when asked questions about the packing. Didn't make use of the space. Just didn't show concern for my items. Hired for 2 hours they only used 1 and I was so disappointed. I felt I had to pay even though the service wasn't good. I was moving several stays away. You shouldn't feel like you have to pay during a situation like this.

Mohamed and Junior loaded up my truck and were fantastic. I’m always nervous hiring people to come into my home but they made me feel very comfortable. They were so quick, they knew how to pack the truck, they made recommendations to me to cover up a few items more, and even helped me wrap up some of my more delicate furniture. Would definitely recommend. I like to always double confirm everything so I called the company the day and they were super helpful and quick confirming everything.
