I absolutely would not recommend this company, horrible service and horrible customer service. Movers were unable to lift furniture and boxes and we ended up having to move most of the items ourselves. We were charged for 3 hours but the manager called us after 2 hours saying they needed to leave for another job, and would not refund the hour difference. He was very rude on the phone stating this was our fault and hung up on us. We were charged $335 for 3 hours half of which one of the movers continually stopped to smoke weed and was very spaced out and then took breaks after moving anything because he couldn't breath. The other mover was very nice and tried to help but asked for our assistance because he was unable to lift boxes over 20 pounds.
