Overall I was happy for the help. However movers did not show up with straps, wrap, or even tape as U-Haul promised, so I’m uncertain of the condition my items will be in when they arrive. One of the movers also decided to carry a very large heavy suitcase down the stairs while dragging his dirty glove across the stairwell ceiling. ? Even though it was clearly marked FRAGILE - ELECTRONICS, he then hoisted it over his head to carry it out to the pod.

Excellent!! Definitely top notch workers! They came prepared and ready and went above and beyond! This was a last minute move and they were there every single step of the way. I recommend these guys to anyone in need of help moving. They’re careful with your items and are extremely professional and friendly. You can’t beat the price for the work they do.
