The crew leader didn’t listen when we asked him to not install the washing machine and to instead focus on bringing in items off the truck. As it turns out he didn’t install it correctly and left the transport brackets and bolts on it which caused problems when we tried to operate the washer. Also some of the crew didn’t work very efficiently (carrying a 6 inch x 8 inch box off the truck and nothing else), so it took them longer to finish the job. Would not hire this crew again.

The movers were three hours late which they explained was due to having three other jobs and traffic earlier in the day. That is a scheduling problem that should be addressed. Thankfully I had the truck for two days, if they’d arrived on time, I would have been able to return the truck and only been charged one day. Once they arrived, the piano was moved carefully into its position.
