Overall the guys did a decent loading my storage unit. However, they left some of my valuables on cart in the opposite elevator on the storage facility. The next day I received a call from the property manager telling me that my belongings were left on the cart. This is unacceptable and unprofessional, I expected more from professional movers. Over the years I have been a customer of various moving companies and never have I experienced my belongings but left out in the open. This is a lack of care for the customer belongings. I do not recommend Quality Pace Movers unless you want to jeopardize your belongings subject to being lost.
