Really great moving team, the folks were very efficient and kind. They unloaded everything (2 bedroom apartment) to a third floor walk up in 1.5 hours. The only reason for four stars is that I could not get in touch with the movers in advance and they did not reach out until late on the day of, resulting in a delay. It worked out just fine and they were incredible at resolving the miscommunication very swiftly and conveniently. Still highly recommend, but be sure to figure out who and how (text, call, etc) to communicate in advance.
