Based on my experience using movers in the past, this one was not great. They were moving extremely slow and ended up going over in time. I’ve done the exact same move before except my prior move had 3 flights of stairs and this one had elevators so I would have expected it to go faster if anything. It seems like they intentionally carry down lighter objects first so you have no choice to extend the time when they go over. They rearranged my truck probably 3 times. I understand it is tough to pack but these are professionals and they should have a better eye on how to pack the truck after looking at everything that’s needed to go in. They also suddenly picked up the pace and finished 20 minute into the extra hour. Would not recommend.

Carlon and Remi did a wonderful job. They were efficient and packed all the things I needed, being extra careful with my more treasured pieces and flexible when I needed to add a couple extra hours to get the job done. Would highly recommend!

good communication, 20 minutes late, dropped a monitor, broke couple of totes, bent the handle of my cart(very defensive about this one), had to personally wire the extra hour fee to the owner
