We had two movers for three hours from a 2BR upper unit to a 2br lower unit. The guys were SO kind, professional, and careful with our things. They packed our U-Haul like Tetris! We had issues with the truck rental (not their fault), and we had to switch times twice. They handled it with grace and were prompt with communication. I've used movers in the past and they are incredible for the value and service you receive. I will definitely be using them again and would not hesitate to recommend. It was important for us to support small business rather than a big box moving company, and I'm so happy we did.

I hired moving help through the U-Haul app expecting a certain level of professionalism and preparedness for the job. One of them was in pajamas and neither had the basic essentials for moving labor, i.e gloves, lifting harness, etc. They also were late showing up. The stairs, walls, and door frames were left dented, paint was left missing on walls and doors from furniture scrapes and hits, all of which had to be fixed after final walk through before the sale of the house the following day. It should be noted that all painting supplies were already loaded, leaving me to take time away from loading to purchase paint supplies and spend time fixing these avoidable issues. Further, my home office L-shape mahogany desk, worth $2,600, was lifted from the top. This resulted in avoidable damage where the top separated from the bottom of the desk. Aside from the above issues, I will note that both individuals were pleasant and willing to lift and move whatever I requested help with.
