Joe brought a younger helper and the pair did well to unload my truck. I had some items that needed to be unloaded at a second location nearby and they came and helped, and also brought in an oversized item that had been shipped to me.

They were very courteous and respectful of my property. I made the mistake of getting too small a Uhaul, but they did a great job packing it and I was happy with the results.
